Return Policy
We have a 10 - day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What does "unworn" mean? You may try the item on for fit, but it must not be worn beyond this. Returns with stains, odours (such as perfume, smoke, sweat), signs of washing, or missing tags/packaging will NOT be accepted.
If you are returning the item based on reasons such as wrong size or change of mind, you must cover the return shipping costs.

Exchange
Yes, we accept size exchanges under the following conditions. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Exchanges with stains, odours (such as perfume, smoke, sweat), missing tags/packaging will NOT be accepted.
Customers must keep their proof of postage and tracking number when returning items.

If the return tracking does not show delivery to us, customers must contact the courier directly to resolve the issue

SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS
Items bought on sale or clearance cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you claim an item is damaged or incorrect, we require:
- Photographic or video evidence before approving a return.
- A clear description of the issue.

If evidence is not provided, we may reject your claim. Additionally, all returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If we determine that the claim is false, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and will return the item to you.

We reserve the right to withhold refunds or exchanges if the returned item is not in its original condition or if the items have been worn or damaged.
